NCWM is thrilled to announce the third and final EVSE Training for Weights and Measures Inspectors and Service Agents in Annapolis, Maryland. This 3.5-day event is intended for weights and measures officials, inspectors, service technicians, and Registered Service Agents (RSA) and will include classroom and hands-on training to prepare you to take NCWM's EVSE Registered Service Agent Exam and inspect retail EV charging stations. Training will be provided by experts from NCWM, NIST, NEMA, and the private sector. Registration for this event will be limited to 100 people.
To ensure a productive week, please take time in advance to complete the prerequisites listed below.
Self Study Prerequisites to be completed prior to attending the training:
1. Review General Code of HB44 (est time 1 hr)
2. Read EPO 30 (est time 1 hr)
3. HB44 self-tutorial (est time 4 hr) NIST OWM e-Learning Resources and Training Materials, including the HB44 Self-Study Guide
4. For those unfarmiliar with EV sharging stations, we encourage you to visit one to gain basic knowledge.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received prior to 8/1/2026 are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received on or after 8/1/2026 will receive no refund. No refunds will be given unless specifically requested. In the case of a state-declared natural emergency, a full refund will be issued. Refund requests due to personal medical emergencies shall be considered based on documentation. In such instances, a full refund may be issued. Refunds will only be made on registration fees paid to NCWM.

- Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) - 30 minute Drive to hotel
- Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) - 45 minute drive to hotel
- Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) - 1 Hour drive to hotel
