Room Rate:   $191, prevailing government per diem, with the $30/day destination fee waived.

We encourage attendees to reserve their rooms well in advance of this date because our room block will sell out!  There is no harm in reserving a room before you are certain you will attend.  As long as you cancel your reservation no less than a week prior, you will not be charged.  Avoid the unnecessary headache of our room block being sold out by proactively reserving your room well in advance.

Transportation

Hotel Parking:  
The overnight discount self-parking rate is $27 per night.
The overnight valet parking rate is $43 per night.

From LAX (Most Common Airport)

  • Rideshare/Taxi: Quickest for direct transport (around 14 mins), but costs more ($35-$50+), especially during peak times.
  • FlyAway Bus + Rideshare/Bus: Take the FlyAway bus from LAX to Manhattan Beach (closer station) or El Segundo, then a short Uber/Lyft or local bus to the hotel.
  • Public Bus: Possible but requires transfers (e.g., Line 102 bus + tram) and takes much longer (around 33 mins just to Redondo Beach area). 

Other Nearby Airports (LGB, BUR, John Wayne, Santa Ana)

  • If flying into Long Beach (LGB), Burbank (BUR), John Wayne (Orange County) or, Santa Ana (SNA), rideshares and taxis are generally your most convenient options for the longer trip to Redondo Beach.
