Pricing Breakdown

        Guests must be registered online by December 19th during your regular registration; we allow split payments. 

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received by 12/19/2024 are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.  Cancellations received after 12/19/2024 are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.  No refunds will be given after the event has commenced.  No refunds will be given unless specifically requested.  In the case of a state-declared natural emergency, a full refund will be issued.  Refund requests due to personal medical emergencies shall be considered based on documentation.  In such instances, a full refund may be issued.  Refunds will only be made on registration fees paid to NCWM.

Room Rate: $159   (note: the added rooms for Saturday will be $199, still less than the government per diem)

The hotel is sold out for Wednesday evening.  We do not contract many rooms for Wednesday because the meeting ends by noon to allow for travel home. 

The cut-off date for the room block is December 19th, 2024. 

We encourage attendees to reserve their rooms well in advance of this date because our room block will sell out!  There is no harm in reserving a room before you are certain you will attend.  As long as you cancel your reservation no less than a week prior, you will not be charged.  Avoid the unnecessary headache of our room block being sold out by proactively reserving your room well in advance.

We recommend using an airport taxi, Uber, or Lyft. 

The hotel recommends Mitch’s Transportation; please call 843-303-8090 to schedule an appointment.  In early July, you can post on our Yapp app to arrange carpooling with other attendees.
