Guests must be registered online by June 20th during your regular registration; we allow split payments.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received by 7/3/2026 are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations received after 7/3/2026 are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after the event has commenced. No refunds will be given unless specifically requested. In the case of a state-declared natural emergency, a full refund will be issued. Refund requests due to personal medical emergencies shall be considered based on documentation. In such instances, a full refund may be issued. Refunds will only be made on registration fees paid to NCWM.

Room Rate: $166
Our room block covers Friday, July 24th arrival through Friday, July 31st Departure. We do not reserve many rooms for Thursday and Friday because we end by noon on Thursday to allow for travel home that afternoon.
The cut-off date for the reservation group discount is July 3rd, 2026.
We encourage attendees to reserve rooms well before this date because our room block will sell out! There is no harm in reserving a room before you are certain you will attend. As long as you cancel your reservation before the hotel's cancellation policy takes effect you will not be charged. Avoid the unnecessary headache of our room block being sold out by proactively reserving your room well in advance.

The Philadelphia International Airport is 9 miles from the Philadelphia Marriot Old City.
We recommend using a Rideshare Service Such as Uber or Lyft.
