When you purchase the exam, you will choose between in-person or virtual proctoring.  If you choose "in-person" proctoring, you will schedule your exam date/time with that proctor and then take the exam in the same room as them.  If you choose "virtual" proctoring, you will schedule the exam directly with ProctorU by selecting your name in the upper-right corner > Dashboard > My Tests > Access Exams > and following the instructions from there.  

Virtual Proctoring is complimentary for NCWM Members taking the Basic Competency or Professional Certification Exams!   Join here!

In-person proctors are selected by the Director of Weights and Measures of each state.
